How we work

You deal with Rob.

When you call DeMartin & Co., Rob comes out to look at the job himself. He explains what’s going on in plain language, tells you about things you may not have thought of, and gives you an estimate customers call “transparent” and “open and fair.”

Then the crew shows up on time (sometimes a few minutes early), keeps you informed through the tear-out and the unexpected parts, and leaves a clean job site at the end of every day. When the job’s done, they show you the finished work before leaving.

The work ranges from big rebuilds, like a two-story deck and balcony from the posts up, to the small fixes that still need a pro: a set of porch steps, a rotted garage door frame, a baseboard, a mailbox post. Local homeowners and Realtors hire us for both.
