“Rob did a substantial reconstruction of the trim and siding around and below 3 dormers on our house where substantial leakage had occurred. The work included partially reframing around one of the windows, and replacing quite a bit of siding as well as all trim. He coordinated with the roofing company as they replaced the roof. Rob also replaced several sections of soffit and fascia before the gutter and downspouts were replaced. The final step was repainting all areas with raw wood. The crew maintained a clean job site at the end of each day throughout the process. Rob kept us well informed during the tear out work and explained what was needed to restore the area. His cost estimates were transparent and the pricing was open and fair. We highly recommend Rob and his company for restoration and new work. We will have them back for future work on our house.”
